From childhood Barbara and Christian Stiegler are familiar with gastronomy and have been running the hotel “Zum Jungen Römer” since 2005 with a lot of charm, commitment and know-how. Under her leadership, the hotel developed into an oasis of peace and relaxation for guests from near and far. The numerous regular guests especially appreciate the creative first-class cuisine, the attentive service, the family atmosphere and the diverse leisure and sports facilities.
